My journey in estate agency began in 1979, straight out of school, with my first role in central London. Since then, I’ve gained over four decades of hands-on experience across both corporate and independent agencies, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the property market from every angle.
In recent years, I successfully launched and built sales departments for two independent estate agencies—one in Watford and another in Elstree, Hertfordshire. These projects allowed me to bring structure, strategy, and results-driven leadership to growing businesses.
The industry has changed significantly and so has the way people choose their agent. Today, success in property is less about the name above the door and more about the individual agent’s accountability, commitment, and reputation. That’s why I chose to launch my own personal estate agency in 2020—to offer a truly bespoke, one-to-one service that puts clients first.
I focus on quality over quantity, working closely with a select number of clients to ensure they receive my full attention and dedication.
